Welcome to the Chair Exercise program for the elderly! Regular exercise is vital for older adults, helping to improve posture, reduce the risk of falls, and boost energy levels. LC Fitness offers residents of care homes and warden controlled housing, tailored, group chair exercises in the comfort of their own space.
These carefully designed workouts focus on enhancing mobility, strength, and overall well-being. Offering a variety of seated exercises, supported standing movements, and resistance band routines. The sessions promote flexibility, balance, and muscle strength in a safe, accessible and fun way.
Each session lasts approximately 25 minutes and all equipment is provided.
