You can book sessions with a friend at LC Fitness. Costing is included in the pricing menu and you can speak to your trainer for further information.
If you enjoy training within a small group, Sunday sessions are run at 8.30am and 9.30am. These last between 45 minutes and 1 hour. These are signed up to in a 10 week block and cost £75, or a 5 week block and cost £40.
If you haven't exercised in a while, don't worry. The class will focus on gentle exercise to help you regain your fitness at your own pace. If you're used to regular physical activity, exercises can be tailored to be more strenuous. The groups are kept small to ensure your trainer is able to support you well and allow you to meet new people in a friendly, welcoming environment.
