I’ve only been working with Lehla for a few weeks but I am already feeling stronger and fitter. She is really welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the gym environment. She takes the time to talk you through the different exercises, and is more than happy to do the moves alongside you for that little extra motivational push! I’m really glad I signed up with Lehla, and would recommend her to anyone thinking about signing up with a PT.

I'm so glad I took the plunge and started PT sessions with Lehla. I don't feel confident going into a gym and even the thought of starting PT sessions worried me, but Lehla immediately made me feel at ease. She is so welcoming and the workouts are well thought out; I can already see the progress I have made. Lehla is always adaptable and I never feel silly if I can't do something. My movements are so much better and I can actually feel the muscles working which are meant to be (rather than constantly hurting my back). Thank you Lehla for making me enjoy exercise again!

My third session now with Lehla and I can honestly say how enjoyable the classes really are. They are varied and it’s great to
have someone who is knowledgeable and pushes you (not too much) :) to reach your goals! I’m training alongside 3 fab ladies, Lehla recognises each of our strengths/weaknesses and will adapt us individually accordingly to any niggles that we may have.

I've never considered using a PT before and was unsure if it would be for me. I soon realised that Lehla is friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me achieve and improve. She took the time to find out what I hoped to achieve. Each session is varied, keeping my interest. She knows how to motivate and get the best from me and will adapt the session for injury etc. I can honestly say I enjoy the workout, something I never thought I'd do!

I have really loved this 10 week block of sessions. Having gone to PT's and various boot camps over the years I was looking for something a little more intimate. LC Fitness has been exactly that, the small group often working together as a team works really well. Lehla is great at tweaking around any injuries and is really encouraging and supportive. Each week has been different and Lehla is great pushing us that little bit more week on week. I already feel stronger and more motivated to build my fitness and strength, I can't wait for the next 10 weeks!
